MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
BioMagnetic’s Deluxe Wool, Pure Cotton or Fibretec underlays are covered by a one-year manufacturer’s warranty period. If you wish to return your BioMagnetic underlay, please contact our Customer Service Centre on 07 5500 8777 to verify that you are still within the warranty period.
Please keep your invoice as proof of commencement of the warranty period. If you return the product while under the warranty period, you will be asked to produce it.
If you believe your product is faulty, please call our Customer Service Centre and follow their directions. Have your original order number ready to quote to the customer service operator.
Should your product require repairs within one year from the date of invoice, BioMagnetic will repair or replace the product free of charge (postage and handling fees will apply). Any repairs needed that extend beyond the warranty period may include a service fee. Please call BioMagnetic for details.
Any warranty claims must be sent to the return address and will be at your expense. When returning products, always enclose the original invoice, your details, including name and address (and the address you had the product sent to, if your current address is different), your order number and a contact telephone number. Please also state the nature of the fault.
BioMagnetic accepts no responsibility for lost items. BioMagnetic reserves the right to refuse to accept, and to return, parcels that arrive COD or have ’More To Pay’ stamped on them.
BioMagnetic does not accept liability for consequential loss, nor for injury or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to misuse, neglect, excessive use, alteration, modification, defective installation, maintenance or repair of the product. BioMagnetic does not accept liability for loss, injury or damage occasioned by the use of the product in a manner not designed, recommended nor intended by the manufacturer.
BioMagnetic recommends that you read all safety and care instructions prior to using our products. Please remember to keep them in a handy location for easy reference whenever the product is used.
